Sara Carvalho joined BayCoast Insurance as a Personal Lines Producer in 2026, bringing a strong background in insurance claims and customer service. In her role, Sara is responsible for helping clients protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Prior to joining BayCoast Insurance, Sara worked at Amica Insurance, where she served as an Auto Physical Damage Representative and Senior Property Claims Representative. Her claims experience provides valuable insight into the insurance process and allows her to guide clients in making informed coverage decisions.
Sara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Massachusetts Global. She has also obtained the Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations through The Institutes, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and industry knowledge.
Dedicated to giving back to the community, Sara volunteers with Save The Bay, participating in shoreline cleanups throughout Narragansett Bay, and supports the Boys & Girls Club through annual volunteer efforts. She is also looking forward to returning to coaching travel softball in the near future.
Sara resides in Swansea and enjoys spending time outdoors, supporting local community initiatives, and helping individuals and families find the protection and peace of mind they deserve.
