Jocelyn started her insurance career in 2006 and joined BayCoast Insurance in 2011. As the Vice President Operations Officer, she expertly manages Personal Lines Branch personnel and functions across eight locations.
Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance, Jocelyn holds several designations, including Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Elite, Certified Professional in Personal Lines (CPPL), and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). She has been instrumental in implementing improvements through Process Improvement teams and is a respected advisor in the insurance industry.
In addition to her impressive professional achievements, Jocelyn has also completed the Leadership Southcoast Program, which has helped her become a true leader in her field. She is also a valued member of the Bristol Chapter of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance for Women (MAIW) and is committed to giving back to her community.
Jocelyn is a devoted wife and mother, living in Swansea with her husband and two sons. She enjoys raising chickens in her leisure time, finding it entertaining and rewarding.
