Ann Pacheco is an experienced insurance professional with over 30 years of industry expertise. As the Vice President of Administration, she manages a range of responsibilities, including employee education, agency licensing, contracts, marketing, and overall agency operations.

Ann began her insurance career in 1987 as a licensed Customer Service Representative at the Maury Kusinitz Insurance Agency. Eager for new challenges, she joined BayCoast Insurance in June 2013, quickly showcasing her skills and commitment, leading to several promotions within the company.

Throughout her career, Ann has consistently sought growth and attained noteworthy industry certifications, including the Elite Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA), and AILP/PL designations, further expanding her knowledge and expertise.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ann is dedicated to giving back to her community. She volunteers at a local organization called Gifts to Give and participates in the Credit for Life program at schools, sharing valuable financial literacy insights. Ann’s commitment to mentorship is evident through her involvement in the SMILES Mentoring Program, where she offers guidance and support to students. She also plays a vital role in organizing fundraising efforts at BayCoast Insurance.

Ann’s accomplishments and contributions have been recognized, and she is esteemed as a member of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women and the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents. Her expertise, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the insurance industry have established her as a trusted professional and a valuable asset to the organizations she has served.

Residing in Somerset with her husband and daughter, Ann enjoys gardening and finds happiness in traveling.
