From guiding nonprofits to navigating the dynamic world of insurance, Stephanie Mancini is thrilled to join BayCoast Insurance as a licensed Commercial Lines Producer.  This role is a natural fit for Mancini, whose name may already be familiar to the members of our community.  For over 20 years she held leadership positions at the YMCA Southcoast in Fall River, MA, and the Old Colony YMCA in Taunton, MA, empowering individuals of all ages to discover and achieve their full potential.

An accomplished innovator with a proven history of driving results, Mancini is excited to transition into the insurance industry, where helping people remains a primary focus.

She works closely with business clients to build strong relationships and understand their unique risks. From crafting tailored insurance solutions to negotiating with carriers for the best terms, she ensures coverage is designed to truly meet her clients’ needs. As a trusted advisor, she also keeps policies and renewals on track, so clients can focus on their business with confidence.

Mancini graduated from Bridgewater State University and has continued to grow her expertise through several professional development programs. She earned an Organizational Leadership Certificate from Northwestern University, completed the YMCA’s Multi-Team Branch Leadership Certification, and participated in the Rotary Leadership Institute’s President-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS).

Dedicated to inspiring action in our community, Mancini serves as President of the Rotary Club of Fall River, Board Member for Bristol County Economic Development Consultants, and volunteers for a variety of organizations across the South Coast including the United Way of Greater Fall River, My Brother’s Keeper, and The Salvation Army.
