Eileen started her career in insurance in 2005 as a customer service representative at Allstate Insurance in Tiverton, RI, from 2005-2017 before joining BayCoast Insurance in 2017 as an account manager. She was promoted to office manager in 2018 and Assistant Vice President of Personal Lines Production in 2023.

As Assistant Vice President, Eileen leads the personal lines sales team in building and managing BayCoast Insurance’s personal lines business, offering property and casualty products and services to clients. Her team focuses on providing consultative advice and tailored coverage options to meet clients’ needs.

Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhode Island College (2003) and has earned insurance designations such as Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). She completed the “Just Right Management” course through Bristol Community College in collaboration with BayCoast Bank.

A member of the Massachusetts Board of Insurance Women, Eileen serves as board secretary and volunteers as a Sunday School teacher at the United Congregational Church of Little Compton. She lives in Little Compton, RI, with her daughters Rowan and Samantha, and their four rescue dogs, Wilma, Belle, Rex, and Jake.
