BayCoast Insurance™ Announces Acquisition of E.P. Tremblay and Sons Insurance Agency, Inc.

It is important to note that solely the insurance portion of E.P. Tremblay’s business is being acquired by BayCoast Insurance. Mark and his team will maintain his real estate, accounting, and payroll services out of his existing office.
This is the second acquisition for BayCoast Insurance in recent months. Hadley Insurit Group (HIG) of 246 Durfee Street in Fall River, MA, known for its long history of industry excellence and customer satisfaction, joined the BayCoast family on December 31, 2022. All their valued employees have been retained by BayCoast, including Principals/Brokers Paul C. Burke and Christopher Hadley, who are now in leadership roles with BayCoast Insurance.
Previously known in the region as Partners Insurance Group, the agency began the process of changing its name to BayCoast Insurance in January of this year. As a wholly owned subsidiary of BayCoast Bank, this exciting re-branding further solidifies the agency’s connection to the respected BayCoast brand, which has built a strong reputation for excellence in Southern New England.
