When it comes to driving growth, building strong teams, and helping clients protect what matters most, Timothy Ferreira is in the driver’s seat. Tim, who joined BayCoast Insurance in September 2025, leads our Personal Lines Production team, setting the pace for new business development, guiding our sales and remarketing professionals, and ensuring our clients receive five-star service every time.

Before steering his career into insurance leadership, Tim fine-tuned his skills in the automotive world after earning his degree in Advanced Automotive Technologies from New England Institute of Technology.  He held leadership roles in service department management at well-known local automotive dealerships, including Mastria Kia and Paul Clark Volkswagen.

Tim later shifted gears into insurance, holding management roles with GEICO and AAA Northeast, where he built and coached high-performing teams across sales and life insurance.

Outside the office, Tim is deeply committed to supporting our South Coast community and believes success means giving back. Each year, he personally funds a scholarship through Fall River’s SER-Jobs for Progress program to help a local student afford books and supplies at Bristol Community College. Tim is also a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Center for Field Leadership, a global network of top-tier professionals committed to excellence, mentorship, and results.

Tim eats, sleeps, and breathes insurance, but when he’s not helping clients or mentoring his team, you’ll likely find him under the hood of a car, planning his next project, or enjoying the coastal life in Westport, MA, where he resides with his family.
