I’ve worked with Manuela Morgado for the past at least18 years, and she has been one of the best if not the BEST insurance agents I’ve ever had. From the start, she took the time to understand my family’s needs and explained everything in a clear, simple way without any pressure or confusing language.
What stands out most is how responsive and helpful she is. Whether I needed to add a vehicle, update my homeowners coverage, or ask questions after a claim, Manuela always got back to me quickly, often the same day. She really cares about making sure I have the right coverage at a fair price, and she has saved me money more than once by reviewing my policies and finding better options. Her proactive approach is just another thing that makes her the best.

This review is for Connie Weida at Bay Coast Insurance (formerly Partners). When my wife and I went to our appointment with Connie several months ago as new RI residents, to discuss our insurance needs (new home, umbrella policy, multiple cars & motorcycles), we told her as soon as we sat down that we would not be making any decisions that day, because we wanted to obtain multiple quotes from other insurance companies. However, 30 minutes later, we had happily given Connie ALL of our insurance business. This was not because Connie was a smooth salesperson or a slick-talker; No, it was because she immediately made us comfortable in her presence in a very natural way. Equally importantly, she made us realize, swiftly, that we were finally in the presence of a first-class professional, someone who would place our family’s interests and a long-term relationship over simply closing a sale. Connie is a breath of fresh air in an industry and a process (shopping for insurance) that usually leaves one feeling a sense of mild anxiety. I have to say this insurance group is one of the best ones around I started with is my car insurance and because of the great customer service I got from Kat, I ended up switching my renters insurance, then mortgage, and my husband‘s insurance. Very reasonable Prices. I have been with them for a good six years and I have no complaints they’re very efficient and always available when I have any questions. I can’t even remember how long I’ve had this agency but it’s been a long time. I would like to thank all the staff here, members such as, Julie, Melissa and Loriann, along with their leader Jocelyn. With all the changes and the fact that MA has so many regulations, I know having these ladies, I never have to worry. I’ve never had a bad experience.
